# additional custom fields in forms?

 * Thinking of getting the pro version for the one time $47.
    However, i need to
   be able to add more than “name and email address” as the fields. Is this possible?

 * Sure you can. It depends on your autoresponder. If your autoresponder has name
   and email, after you paste the code in, the squeeze page will have 2 fields with
   name and email.

 * Great. Thanks so..just to confirm,
    1) It is just based on how i have my form
   set up in mailchimp, thats how its going to show up in the plugin after i paste
   the code?

 * 2) This creates the page in wordpress but it does not create pages/tabs within
   a facebook page.

 * Yeah, you are right. However, you can embed the page in a facebook tab
