 * How to get Percentage fee from current package price, but not from shipping cost?
 * I suppose plugin doesn’t have this option. Please inform wich file to be corrected,
   and wich function to be added to the file.

 * There isn’t possible with **WooCommerce – APG Weight and Postcode/State/Country
   Shipping**. Try to create your own PHP function on your functions.php theme file.
