 * Awesome plugin! I had a lot of forms style and designed for CF7 so this saved
   me a ton of time. Works seamlessly.
 * It would be great if we could have the message field sent over to Infusion soft
   to the notes section. Whenever you get the time.

 * Just writing to let you know that I have added the “Person Notes” (message) field
   to the plugin. You can use it by including an input with the name “infusionsoft-
   notes.” For example, you could do something like the following:
 * `[textarea* infusionsoft-notes placeholder "Your Message..."]`
