 * * quick query for WooCommerce Checkout Manager v4.0.7 with WooCommerce v2.5.5
   on WordPress v4.5.2
 * Hi there,
 * The fields I add to the Additional Field tab are appearing in the Billing Section
   rather than the after the order notes field as expected. I see this was previously
   only a feature of the defunct PRO plugin. Is it due to be added to this free 
   version or am I missing something simple (totally possible!! 😉 )
