 * According to our records, we’re already assisting you in Ticket #104391. Our

 * In the meantime, here are a couple of quick steps that may help:
    1. **Force refresh your WPForms license key**
       In your WordPress dashboard, go to**
       WPForms » Settings**, then click the link that says **“force a refresh.”** (

    2. **Reinstall the PDF Addon**
       If the issue continues, please try reinstalling 
       the PDF Addon.

 * I haven´t recieved a email with the ticket number with my main account, but thanks,
   I looked for in the spam too…
 * I had done whath you say and it didn´t work, i just did it again and it still
   doesn´t work, it jus show the link, not the image (JPG, GIFT, PNG)
 * I tried putting a html code (img src=”…) with the smart tag and the same…
