You don’t need to subscribe to view the addons. It sounds like maybe there’s a JavaScript error happening in your WordPress admin that is preventing the list of addons from loading.

If you want to trouble-shoot the JavaScript issue on your site, try switching to a default theme and deactivating all other plugins. Then test and see if it works. You can then start reactivating plugins until you find the problematic one.
There’s a good chance if the Addons page has broken JavaScript that some of the functionality on other pages (like the bookings listing) won’t work either.
