Regarding:
Is it possible to change the All Shipping to have each address element (city, state, zip) on separate lines.
No sorry this is not possible but i will add this to the todo list.
Regarding how can I expand the state to be the full name rather than code. The code version isn’t appropriate for non-US addresses.

I can see how to do it in Billing, but I need it in Shipping address as not everyone has the same Billing and Shipping addresses.
I’ve managed to do it manually – just need to remember it any time there’s a plugin update!
Is there any way to manually get the new line between each of the City, State, Zip items in the interim?

Oh i see, i am going to add it to the shipping field as well so you don’t have to do it manually. Regarding putting the city state and zip in its own line, if you can wait a bit (one or two days) i can send you an update that will have this feature. Or if you are in a hurry i can help you tweak the plugin to do this.
