 * There is no padding on the module. The height of the module is the height of 
   the largest element inside it. There is an issue with height of some cloned/duplicate
   carousel items that are used for the infinite loop effect.
 * It looks an image optimization plugin is causing issues with the featured images
   in the duplicate carousel items. The image size in those is larger than normal.
 * Can you temporarily deactivate rest of the plugins on your website and then check
   again.
