Adjust Contact Us Form Layout

    Disclosure up from: New to both Jetpack and WordPress, but have lots of CS exposure.

    I’m using the very simple Contact Us form tool provided by jetpack to setup a form on the website. I would like to adjust the layout of the form. I know I can adjust the vertical placement of the elements in the form builder, but can’t seem to figure out how to adjust the horizontal layout. Can only one input be on each line? I have three drop downs for dates (day, month year) and would like it if they aligned on a single line. If not possible, I’ll just write my own form, but thought I would give this a try in case there is a simple solution.

    You can customize the layout of the form through CSS.

    Try changing each field’s width, and their position, by adding your custom CSS in your theme’s stylesheet or under Appearance > Edit CSS in your dashboard.
