Adjust image theme customizer image_control

Hi guys,

I am trying to use the theme customizer and have added an image_control to it. What I would like to know is, is it possible to select which part of the uploaded image I want to use on my wordpress website.

For example:

The uploaded image has a resolution of 4200 x 2844, but I want to use only a part of that image, is there a way to post select the area of the image?
