 * I’m trying to build a massive healthcare institue for people with difficulties
   in their mobility. To attach people to my company it’s really important to build
   websites with an equal menu structure. That visitors eassily can navigate on 
   my website. So i need to adjust the menu structure.

    Mixed Martial Arts Inndoor Cycling Pilates Fitness Yoga Dance
 * Where and in wich php file i need to edit this?

 * You don’t need to edit PHP. Menus are set at APPEARANCE->MENUS. What do you mean
   by “adjust”?

 * You mustn’t ever modify core WP code. It will cause ongoing problems. Modifying
   even theme or plugin code is strongly discouraged. Altering site behavior can
   generally be done through action or filter hooks. That said, there’s no reason
   to alter code to reorder menu items. Go to Appearance > Menus and drag the menu
   items into the order you want.

 * Ok, can i lock the order because i’ve got 33 different locations and with 33 
   diferrent managers. Make it sticky or something like that. It has to be uniform.

 * Furthering Steve’s suggestion, their role shouldn’t have the “edit_theme_options”
   capability. There are role and capability plugins that can help you create a 
   special role if need be. By default, only the administrator role has the capability.
