 * hey, new to wordpress and I’m trying to upload the theme “overflow”. there is
   no style.css or init.js and i’m confused about how to go about adjusting the 
   theme for use with wordpress. looking for some guidance, thank you!

   WP sense; it’s an HTML template. You’ll need to modify it to work with WP. Here
