 * I am wanting to use this plugin as part of a full width widgetized area in my
theme (Divi). I am having a hard time figuring out how to set the width of the
   plugin to 100%. Any suggestions?

 * The width of the plugin is entirely controlled by the css and layout of your
   theme.
