Sorry to hear that! We’re checking into the email situation. Thanks for sending the error message.

In the meantime, can you try whitelisting via WordPress.com? Once you log in, you can enter IP addresses here:
My Sites → Settings → Security → Prevent brute force login attacks.

Remember your login information there might be different from your regular wp-admin login, as it’s a separate account.

Ok, that feature would definitely need to be enabled to whitelist your IP external of your site.

In this case, I recommend one of two things:

    1. Hold off from trying to log into your site for a few hours, this will allow the block to drop until the next failed login attempt. Then, use the “Lost your password?” link on the login form to reset your password, and log in with the new correct password.

    2. Contact our email support team privately via https://jetpack.com/contact-support/ and let them know both the URL of the site and the IP address that Jetpack is reporting in the block notification. They’ll be able to sort out the issue for you, but depending on how many other folks have emailed for support today, it may take longer than option 1.

Once you’re back in the site, make sure that Jetpack’s JSON API module is enabled in the All Modules view: https://jetpack.com/support/control-jetpacks-modules-on-one-page/

That will allow you to manage your site externally, including the whitelist in case this ever happens again: https://jetpack.com/support/security-features/#settings
