If you have set the Admin approval user login option from your individual form settings then your user will get the pending email from your site. When you approve the user then your user will get the approval email.
If your users are not receiving any emails then we suggest you check by deactivating your other plugins because the feature working fine here.

I mean to need this feature after the new registration an email confirmation mail is sent to the user and after admin approval, the account will be activated. Currently, emails going but email verification was not going when using the Admin approval user login option. We need both verifications in one registration first email and last admin approval

The email confirmation and the admin confirmation are two different verification methods, if you have chooses the Email verification method then it will generate the verification code and send it to the user. If the user has added the genuine email address then they can verify the account using the token link.
The admin approval is quit manual verification mode, once the user register on your site then the user status will be pending. Only the admin can verify such users.
According to the current features, you can not combine these two feature and process them one after another.
