# Admin backend cannot be given a specific time

 * Hi,
 * I changed theme and disabled all plugins except Appointments+
 * Then, I cleared cache on my browser and cleared wordpress cache via WP Super 
   Cache.
 * In the admin backend, I cannot set a specific time.
 * The only option is “unknown”

 * After further investigation, this seems to be a already reported issue.
    There’s
   already a bug report to our developers, so this will be fixed in a future release.

 * I just wanted to update with what I discovered.
 * Looks like I cannot confirm an appointment and keep the chosen time.
 * When I try, the time is reset to “unknown”
 * I hope this issue is resolved soon!
