# Admin Bar is Missing

 * Admin Panel/Bar has disappeared from front pages when I’m logged in. I find that
   feature very useful, so I need to get it back somehow.
 * Checked, and “<?php wp_footer();>” is in “footer.php”, just above the “</body
   >” tag.
 * I had just removed the “Powered by WordPress”, “Magazine Basic Theme” text from
   footer.php to clean up the look. I’ve messed with my stylesheet a bit, too. Don’t
   know if I could mess it up from there… Just been changing fonts and such.
 * Using a child theme…
 * Also tried resetting my browser/clearing cookies, and still no admin panel. I
   miss it. 🙁
 * Any clue how to fix?

 * What happens if you use another theme? not a child theme?

 * it comes back… what could i have changed in the child theme that would have made
   the toolbar go away on front pages? it’s just a copy of the stylesheet that reflects
   minor changes I want to stay in effect.
 * i’ll admit i’m no code monkey, so maybe that’s why i’m stumped here. still learning.

 * replace the original footer.php file and try again.
