# Admin Bar not loading properly

 * I’m converting an ASP.NET website to WordPress and after completing the home 
   page I realized that the WP admin bar is not loading properly. Where the bar 
   should load is just a black bar with no links or code to show in the element 
   inspector in Google Chrome.
 * I can’t seem to find the trouble code. Any ideas?
