 * After recently upgrading your plugin to version 5.5.2, I noticed that my admin
   > plugins page (and the admin > updates page) both were showing blank pages.
It took me a few hours to track it down to your plugin (error_log file wasn’t
reflecting any actual errors related to this), and found that by deleting your
plugin was the only way to get the blank admin pages back again.
 * I manually uploaded the latest version and reinstalled, only to run into the
same issue again. The issue is same in PHP 8.2 and 8.3.
 * Just an FYI so you can address this.

 * UPDATES: I tested this on a client website who had the same setup, which their
website also did the auto update of your plugin yesterday. No issues on their
   site at all.
 * So taking a guess that your plugin didn’t properly update the database, I installed
the plugin again on my site, did NOT activate it (admin plugin page showed fine)
and clicked DELETE (previously already had it set to delete all settings and
data if deleted), then reinstalled it onto my website. I completed the setup
wizard, and then checked out the admin plugins page again. Same deal – blank.
 * I am guessing at this point that it is an incompatibility issue with one of the
other plugins. Any advice or help you can give is appreciated.

 * Applied this update and initially 2 sites affected, but then over 50 I manage
that all got this update all had either blank page or errors telling me that
something was wrong when I tried to access /wp-admin/plugins.php on the sites.
 * Thankfully not affecting end user experience, but had to roll all sites back
to 5.5.1 to be able to continue my monthly plug in maintenance.
 * Definitely something in the update needs another patch.

 * Hello [@tpphost](https://wordpress.org/support/users/tpphost/) [@epasquini](https://wordpress.org/support/users/epasquini/)

I am really sorry to hear about this unexpected experience! Thank you for reporting
it so quickly and bringing it into our attention. Our team is already aware of
this error and we’re actively working on a fix.
 * In the meantime, could you please try **disabling and then re-enabling the plugin**
to see if that resolves the error? Also, can you let me know from which version
you have updated the plugin to the latest?
 * It would also be very helpful if you could let us know **how you performed the
update** : was it done normally through the Plugins page in the WordPress dashboard,
or in a different way (for example, via FTP or CLI)?
 * Your feedback will help us narrow down the cause and ensure this is fully addressed
   shortly.
 * Many thanks for your patience and cooperation!

Just wanted to follow up here with some more details. We’ve identified the cause
of the error and have already prepared a preliminary fix. We’re now waiting on
a few confirmations to ensure everything is stable. If all goes well, this fix
will be included in an upcoming maintenance update very soon, so please stay
   tuned.

 * Hello again [@tpphost](https://wordpress.org/support/users/tpphost/) [@epasquini](https://wordpress.org/support/users/epasquini/)

Thank you for your patience while we worked on this issue.
 * We’ve prepared a patch that includes the fix for the problem you reported. You
can find it on our [**Melapress Plugin Patches** page here](https://melapress.com/support/plugins-patches/).
 * To install the patch, please follow these steps:
    1. In your WordPress dashboard, navigate to **Plugins → Add New → Upload Plugin**.
    2. Upload the downloaded patched ZIP file
    3. When prompted, click **Replace current with uploaded** to overwrite your existing
       installation.
    4. If you previously disabled the plugin by renaming its folder, you can safely
upload this version, remove the renamed one, and continue using the plugin normally.
 * This fix will also be included in the next official plugin update, so once it’s
released, you can safely update to the latest version through your WordPress
   dashboard.
 * Please give the patch a try and let us know if it resolves the issue on your
   site.
