# Admin can’t reply

 * The plugin used to work well but after a while as the admin I can’t reply any
   ticket if I click on reply button and I just see a spinning wheel!
 * please let me know what is wrong with it?

 * It may be a conflict with some other plugin or theme. To find the conflict please
   disable all plugins and activate them one by one. This way you will find the 
   plugin causing the conflict. The same applies to the theme, if you didn’t find
   conflict with any plugin, try changing the theme and if the issue is gone, it
   is a conflict with your theme. Please note, the theme should not be changed directly
   on the live server, sometimes you may lose settings.
 * Also please clear your browser cache and site cache.
 * If that does not resolve the issue please create a ticket on our [support portal](https://supportcandy.net/support-ticket/).
