# Admin category selection problem.

 * Here’s my categories
 *     ```
       -A
        -A1
        -A1
        -A1
       -B
       -C
        -C1
        -C2
       -D
       ```
   
 * Now, if I put this post in category C, save it, and reload. It gets all screwed
   up
 *     ```
       -C ✓
       -A
        -A1
        -A1
        -A1
       -B
       -C1
       -C2
       -D
       ```
   
 * C was moved to the top, because it’s selected, but now it doesn’t even show C1
   and C2 as sub categories anymore. The whole thing gets screwed up. There’s multiple
   ways to create problems like this.
 * Apparently this problem was reported at least 4 years ago, and still hasn’t been
   touched.

 * What can I do to fix this?

 * Either all subcategories should be moved up too, or it should stay in alphabetical
   order.
