 * Hi Tommy,
 * Was wondering if you either do, or would add support for the official “Admin
   Custom Order Fields” plugin for WooCommerce. The same way as you have for the
   WooCommerce Shipment Tracking plugin.
 * Being able to add these fields and extra info into the emails would really round
   out how powerful your plugin is and make it stand out.
 * We’re probably going to get it, but having shortcode support is very important.
   I’m picking the official plugin because it’s the one most people will likely
   use.
 * Let me know! Hey, maybe you already support it!

 * Hi Glen,
 * We will check and let you know.
 * Note: that plugin not by WooCommerce official. It’s by SkyVerge.

 * Tommy,
 * By official i don’t mean by WooCommerce. I just mean the primary one WooCommerce
   offers for that task on the WooCommerce marketplace. SkyVerge also does the ‘
   WooCommerce Order Status Manager’, which was the first one i asked you to support(
   which you did).
 * Having this one integrated with emails would be one of the most powerful ones
   we could imagine. This along with the order status manager gives a huge amount
   of flexibility to what can be put in emails on a per order basis, which is really
   the main thing we’re having issues with. The customer notes option really doesn’t
   cut it.
 * I’d even recommend you state all the plugins you are compatible with when promoting
   YayMail. I searched all over for email template creators that were compatible
   with the order status manager and even saw comments in their support threads
   asking, and you are the only one who did it (that i could find).
 * Anyway… Please do let me know. We can find some awkward solutions without it,
   but with Admin Custom Order Fields these emails become a powerhouse tool for
   order processing.
 * Thanks!

 * Hi Tommy,
 * Got your email with the updated version 1.9 plugin and it works great! So awesome!
 * I do have a question about formatting though. Currently the plugin creates a
   hard break when you insert something with the shortcode. Is it possible to have
   it so the insertion comes in inline with the text.
 * So right now it would look like this (using a simple date):
 * –
    Your estimated ship date is now: **March 4, 2021** Please view your account
   for more details. If you have any questions, please contact your Customer Success
   Manager at 213.457.3414. –
 * But ideally We’d want it to look like this:
 * –
    Your estimated ship date is now **March 4, 2021**. Please view your account
   for more details. If you have any questions, please contact your Customer Success
   Manager at 213.457.3414. –
 * It doesn’t seem to do that for the other YayMail native shortcodes, so not sure
   why it’s happening for ones from other plugins.
 * Let me know!
