 * Is it possible for the admin to receive an email notification when a test has
been submitted? Currently when my users take a test, I have no way of knowing
   it.
 * Also, how do I prevent users from seeing their test results after submitting
   their answers?

 * The answer to both questions is “Possibly”.
 * Testing isn’t part of the WordPress core, so it will depend on what theme/plugin
is creating the testing functionality. If it’s a theme/plugin off here then it’s
best to ask in the support forum for that plugin as you’ll (most of the time)
get better and more targeted answers.
