# Admin email notification issue

 * Hello WPJO Team,
 * I’m getting an error while any user has applied for any job. User email notification
   is working properly. But admin didn’t get an email notification. How could it
   be fixed?

 * Thanks for reaching out to us.
 * Can you please install the plugin, WP Mail Logging ([https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-mail-logging/](https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-mail-logging/))
   and check if the mails are properly logged (Tools > WP Mail Log)? If the notification
   mails are logged and it’s not delivered, then, it’s not the problem with the 
   plugin, but, an issue with your email delivery service. In that case, you can

   If the problem persists you can provide us admin access so that we can have a
   closer look at this issue.
