We use it to display additional information on our products, and for product filtering. * With the old version, the option that said: Value or Field (Show value instead of field.) If you chose value only, it would also show the Title of the field, now it doesn’t show the title. * The metadata (custome field) also used to be “wccaf_[field name/title]”, now when you create a new one, it’s just a number. After upgrading to 4.0.6, there was still no visible way to alter or customize the field names and the values seem more complicated to access as I could not display the Fields Factory values on the product admin page (we use Fields Factory for Wholesale price, Product Cost, Cost Code, and Product source).
