# Admin Fields now stripping HTML?

* This plugin has been working great (minus few minor bugs) and love it! Was using
version 3.8 with WP 4.8 and suddenly it began the following oddities last week:
* 1. Stripping out HTML code.
2. Anything data I have that has a ” it will now
do the PHP escape by adding \ before it.
* Is this related to your plugin, or is this the side effect of some recent WORDPRESS
update? Anything you know on this let me know.

for the trouble.
