    Can Admin just upload images per Xprofile group and field ( not allowing
   users to do this) As I was just looking for Images to represent each group and
   field and to be visible in the view/edit profile of each user. Look forward to
   hearing from you.

 * If you are asking whether it is possible to upload images on a user’s behalf 
   then no. The plugin is designed to be used by the logged-in user.
