Admin language as another plugin

Polylang is awesome. And the way it handles the admin language per user is really neat.

But sometimes you don’t need to have multiple languages (maybe you just handle each langauge as a multisite) and thats where it would be pretty neat if the feature about changing admin language per user would make a great plugin as the current solutions are not the best.

Would it be possible to use this feature in a whole other plugin or it is too much mixed into the Polylang plugin?
