# Admin link missing from menu

 * Hi,
 * The admin menu is missing from the wordpress dashboard menu so I’m unable to 
   edit/add galleries etc. I realised this before an update so updated and the problem
   is still there. I’ve also deleted the cache etc. I’ve also uninstalled via ftp
   and reinstalled – still same problem. Please advise.
 * Is there any way to access it without using the menu even as I can only access
   settings through the plug in page.

 * Hi Bradvin,
 * No the menu item isn’t there. Yes I’m logged in as administrator. See image below
   to an image of the menu.

 * I found a work around that’s not very practical but at least worked – plugins/
   FooGallery – click help – click add new gallery link. Then I’ve made a note of
   the gallery number to create a shortcode.
 * As mentioned its not very practical so a fix would be appreciated.

 * Thanks for the info – this is not something I can reproduce, so it is difficult
   to tell what is causing this. Can you post what is in your FooGallery -> System
   Info output. There might be another plugin that is intefering
