“Admin Links Widget” trouble

    I can’t get this Plugin/Widget to appear in my sidebar — whether I’m logged in as “admin” or not.

    I’ve been investigating possible conflicts with other plugins — have already deleted ALL the other other widgets I was using.

    I have WP installed in a subdir (“/wp/”).

    Thoughts?
