 * please help. I’m completely locked out of the admin of my site. I reinstalled
   the lastest version of this plugin after deleting and earlier version that had
   restricted my admin account. Now I’m almost completely locked out.
    I’ve deleted
   the user role editor folder using FTP but it’s made no difference. Any suggestions
   on how I can restore full admin access to my website?

 * Try to change WordPress roles directly via phpmyadmin. Use this post for the

 * Actually … it only partially worked.
    I’m still locked out of many functions –
   I can’t access features like menus and widgets, update to the new version of
   wordpress, or access any of my theme options or the homepage of the site. Is
   there a way to go back to a clean slate and remove the roles and changes made
   by this plugin altogether?
 * thanks,
    Louise

 * Do you have access to the User Role Editor? It that case you may try the “Reset”
   button. This function will recreate all default WordPress roles as WordPress
   does during its installation. Really it calls the code from the WordPress core.
 * Regards,
    Vladimir.
