# Admin Notification

 * I’ve installed “Quotes for WooCommerce” on a test site in order to evaluate it
   for an upcoming project. It is doing pretty much what I had hoped it would do,
   however I am not receiving notifications when a request for quote is submitted.
   I have enabled the notification in WooCommerce -> Settings -> Emails -> Request
   for New Quote.
 * I have tested leaving the email address blank (default), and entering my email
   address. Notifications to the customer are received after setting order status
   to Processing, so I know the email function is working.

 * I apologize for the delay in response.
 * You have mentioned above that the customer is receiving the notification. Can
   you please confirm if the notification you are talking about is the one that 
   is sent to the customer when you click on the ‘Send Quote’ button? This button
   is visible in WooCommerce->Edit Orders page after you mark a quote complete.
 * If yes, then can you please check whether WooCommerce emails are being sent to
   the admin correctly? This can be checked by deactivating the plugin once and 
   placing an order.
 * Please let me know the results of the above tests so I can help fix the issue
   further.
 * Also, can you please let me know the version of the Quotes plugin currently active
   on your site.

 * Pinal,
 * The notification I am talking about is the “New Order” message that should be
   sent to the store administrator. The messages to the customer work fine, but 
   I am never notified of a new order.
 * I am using version 1.3 of the plugin.
 * I’d be glad to give you an admin login to test it out yourself if you like. Just
   let me know.

 * Hi Steve,
 * Based on the details you have mentioned, yes it seems that nothing is wrong with
   the email function. It is possible that this might be happening due to a conflict
   with some other plugin.
 * Can you please check once by deactivating all other plugins except for WooCommerce
   and the Quotes plugin?
 * If the issue persists in the above scenario, can you please drop me an email 
   on pinalj1612 at gmail dot com with the WordPress admin access and FTP access
   to the site so I can look into the issue and help fix it.
