 * For version 2.6.2 where do I go to enable infinite scroll when viewing the blog
   index page as non-admin of wordpress? I noticed in older screenshots, there used
   to be a tab called General with a drop down for “Infinite Scroll State is” but
   I’m not seeing a General tab or that drop down in the version I have installed.
