# Admin page not loading correctly

 * Hi all,
    Im having horrible problems with my wordpress admin panel. Its not displaying
   correctly, white screen, writing on the righthand side, writing overlapping, 
   looks very broken. If I click on anything a message appears telling me I dont
   have access.
 * Things I’ve tried so far:
    Disable plugins from cpanel Change themes from cpanel
   Upload fresh wordpress via cpanel
 * So far nothing has worked.
 * Looking at the site from a browser, everything looks ok apart from the homepage
   which seems to have reverted to the original theme page.
 * I updated the theme yesterday, everything went fine. I was in the admin panel
   and everything was working perfectly.
    I tried to login today and it was broken.
 * I went to the error logs and got lots of this:

 * I have no idea.
 * Im now beyond my limits and wondered if anyone could give me an idea where to
   start?

 * You may also need to reach out to your hosting company. That error, `AH01797:
   client denied by server configuration`, implies a web server configuration problem.
   Usually this is something that your hosting support can help address, as the 
   configuration file(s) in question may or may not be accessible to you.
