Admin pages loading extremely slowly

    error_log was 1.2 gb, couldn’t open it so I cleared it with an empty file to catch new errors with a more manageable file size. Admin pages (if they load) take 45 seconds at minimum. I was clicking around the admin panel when this happened. My vps says no change was made to the server, how could this have happened? The site is working fine, it’s just the admin pages.

    Right after making this post (and 30 minutes of having the problem), the issue seems to have resolved or is at least an intermittent problem. I suspect VPS.net is up to some of their old tricks. They go through periods of instability in my experience and don’t seem to communicate well internally.
