Admin area has now been broken. All plugins are now Deactive and still the same. This appeared after I cleared the cache and history on MacBook 10.13.3 High Sierra while browsing with Safari 11.0.3, Chrome Version 64.0.3282.140 ( Official Build) (64-bit), and using Opera 51.0.2830.26. The default Theme does not fix either. All plugins and themes are up to date.
