# Admin Panel – Not Formatted?

 * Hi!
 *  After a struggle, I finally managed to get WordPress 3.0 installed, however 
   once I managed to finally log in to the Admin Panel I found that something was
   still wrong.
 * The admin panel lacks any of the pictures and colours that I know it should have.
   It’s not a major issue, per se, but with everything in black and white, it looks
   ugly and isn’t particularly nice to use.
 * Can anyone tell me what might be the cause of this. I’ve checked through my FTP
   diretory, and as far as I can see nothing is missing or has been tampered with(
   I only edited the config file). None of my old plugins are activated, so I’m 
   not quite sure.

 * is the `wp-admin` `style.css` present? if so, is it being called
 * your host error logs could also give a clue
