Hi there,
This could happen for a variety of reasons. Here’s a few:
1) Make sure all the donations you’ve received show as “Complete”. The Give progress bar on the front-end will only reflect donations that are complete.
2) Maybe you have multiple forms. The progress bars are per-form at the moment, so they will only reflect donations that are complete for that specific form. Can you give me a URL of your site so I can see the homepage progress bar you’re referring to?
3) Sometimes the reports in WP-Admin have a lag. You can go to “Donations > Reports” and at the bottom of the graph there’s a “Refresh Reports” button. Try that.
4) You can also try going to “Donations > Tools > Data” and use any of the “Recalculate” tools there.
