Admin side white — front end fine

    The Bulletproof Security Pro plugin “broke” (white screen) the entire admin side of the website (front end is fine).

    On the BPS forum, I was told to overwrite the files, but not the database. Unfortunately, this is a new site, and I backed up the database, but not yet the files (and my host does not have a file backup, either).

    So, would downloading the WP/plugin files and overwriting them work??

    Our host is having intermittent server problems right now and the BPS Pro forum site goes up and down all day long (been like that intermittently for 2 weeks now – our host is working on the global outage problem that is affecting all hosted customers) so we can work with you directly via email instead of trying to get things working via the BPS Pro forum site. This support forum is for the BPS free plugin and not for the BPS Pro plugin. Please contact us directly via email to get this problem fixed. Thanks.

    Yes, I have been encountering that issue with the BPS website. What is your email address???

    You can reply with the email address in one of the automated emails that was sent to you from us. Download-Request Key email or Activation Key email.
