Admin/tool bar missing after 1.4.2

    Hi, I need help desperately.
    Upon updating to 1.4.2, admin/tool bar has disappeared for all the roles except admin. The contributors no longer have New button at the top, and the subscribers have no access to their profile. Their profiles still have Toolbar option checked. I am not a developer but I am the only one taking care of this site.

    I know I should backup to local to debug but the site is too large for me to try it easily. Any pointer would be appreciated.

    The theme does not create any issue regarding the admin bar as well as not allowed to modify it by any means at all. So, maybe some other thing caused this issue, not the theme. So, can you once check on it and confirm?

    Thank you for your response. I guess I have to hunt down a plugin who is the culprit 🙁

    I finally found the culprit. It was
    User Registration & User Profile – Profile Builder
