 * Hi
    I have installed the plugin to test various features of the plugin. The first
   I have tried does not work at all. It is about adding a new text link to the
   admin toolbar via the Admin Toolbar link from the menu of this plugin. I followed
   the instructions by clicking “Add menu item” to add a textlink but when clicking“
   Add menu item” the same page shows up as before and there are no new fields to
   add my text and the text link (URL).
 * Would you please let me know what I am doing wrong here? Thanks.

 * Hi [@123456jk](https://wordpress.org/support/users/123456jk/),
 * Sorry to hear you are running into an issue.
 * This sounds like a plugin conflict. Like it could be caused by another plugin
   which is putting javascript on our toolbar edit page and it is overriding the
   intended functionality.
 * Could you please try deactivating all other plugins and trying this again? Does
   it work? If so, you can slowly re-activate other plugins and see what the culprit
   plugin is by seeing when the add menu item functionality no longer works. Once
   this is determined, you can then contact the other developer about the issue,
   as they are putting code on our settings page. Or you may just have to take a
   mental note that when modifying the settings of our plugin you just temporarily
   deactivate that culprit plugin and re-activate it when done.
 * I hope that helps and resolves the issue.
 * Thanks,

 * Hi there
 * I think there might be a problem with the Admin Toolbar option, I get Error code:
   Out of Memory on Chrome and Error code: RESULT_CODE_HUNG on Edge.
 * I closed all open windows on my computer and ran CCleaner.
    I opened only the
   website in Chrome and tried – Error I deactivated all plugins and tried – Error
   Closed Chrome and tried in Edge – Error
 * So I think at this point it is not my computer or any other plugins.
 * Admin Menu seems to be working fine. I only need the Toolbar and Menu options.
 * Thanks

 * Hi [@pagesorcerer](https://wordpress.org/support/users/pagesorcerer/),
 * Thanks for your comment, but for this you should really create a new support
   request as this looks like a new issue.
 * Also you will need to include a screenshot showing the error message (just for
   Chrome is fine). For this one you will also need to confirm for me your computer
   model and specs as this sounds like a browser performance issue.
 * You might also want to delete the settings for the toolbar if you are seeing
   this error after editing an existing toolbar. This can be done from the “Manage
   Settings” submenu item of our plugin and click on “Delete Plugin Settings” and
   it will give you the option to delete just the Admin Toolbar options.
 * Thanks,
