Great Plugin, but I discovered 2 problems with Admin Toolbar:

1.) The Admin Toolbar has normally different sub-items in Backend and Frontend for Website Title
    Backend: To Website
Frontend: Dashboard (Admin), Themes, Widgets, Menus

After Plugin activation and first saving of Admin Toolbar (without any changes) the result is always the Backend display – even on Frontend!
Backend = Frontend (Toolbar settings): To Website
… Dashboard (backlink to Backend) and others are missing on Frontend

I can re-add Dashboard Link (and others) manually, but for WordPress beginners it is a bigger problem, because they have no backlink to Dashboard (Backend) from Frontend anymore after first Toolbar saving!

And there are some Plugins too, which are only show menu items in Toolbar at Frontend (also are not editable with your Plugin at the moment).

Maybe you could integrate a second option section for Frontend settings?
Or show them both in one list with separate settings on each item for Backend/Frontend?

But I think you should integrate at least a standardized backlink to Dashboard (Backend)

2.) It seems that also not all items of Backend are shown in Toolbar configuration. For example UpdraftPlus: https://ww.wp.xz.cn/plugins/updraftplus/

The first issue has already been raised previously and there’s no solution.

Some items created by other plugins may not be visible because of the time they are created.

Sorry I can’t be more helpful as it is a free plugin and I have limited resources and right now basically no internet. If you want to provide a fix I can add this to the plugin.

    Thanks,
