# admin url doesn't work

 * Hi I have just installed wordpress onto my site but can’t access my admin area(
   mysite.com/wp-admin) This is my second site and I have set it up virtually identical
   to the first one which works perfectly. The error I get is this : Oops! This 
   link appears to be broken.
    Suggestions: Search on Google:
 * I’ve become so frustrated with it that I tried removing WP then reinstalling 
   to make sure I had done everything right but it didn’t help so I then deleted
   the whole account and started from scratch but after the WP installation (done
   through CPanel), I tried clicking the link to my admin page but still get the
   same ‘broken link’ message.
 * Like I say I have another website where everything work fine and all my settings
   for both accounts appear to me to be exactly the same!!!?????
 * Any help would be greatly appreciated as I need this new site up and running 
   like yesterday and can’t build the site without access to my WP dashboard!

 * Hi esmi my site is [http://www.nuvi-reviews.com](http://www.nuvi-reviews.com)
 * I dont know if its relevant but my when i goto my other site, google ALWAYS removes
   the ‘www’ from the address bar whether or not i put the www in when , so it always
   just reads a1securitysupplies.com in the address bar.
    But my new site does the
   exact opposite and ALWAYS puts the www in the address bar whether or ive used
   www when typing in the URL. So it always reads [http://www.nuvi-reviews.com](http://www.nuvi-reviews.com)
   Not to sure why this is or if this info is useful in helping find the cause of
   my issue.
 * Again any help you guys can give me would be greatly appreciated I’ve spent about
   3-4 hours a day over the past 4 days looking for a solution. Am I right in assuming
   there is no software support direct from wordpress??, are these forums the only
   way to get support??
    My site was supposed to be up 3 days ago and I just can’t
   do anything without being able to log on to the WP dashboard. :-((

 * Just while i think of it another thing that seems to be a bit strange to me and
   might also be relevant to whats causing me not to be able to access the dashboard
   is that, when i go into cPanel for the first site, i have options at the top 
   of the cPanel to switch themes, and also to switch accounts. But if i am in the
   cpanel for my new site these boxes are not there so I cant just switch back and
   forth by selecting the account at the top.

 * I think it could be. Did you install WP using [http://nuvi-reviews.com](http://nuvi-reviews.com)?
   It could be a domain name issue. Have you spoken to your hosts?
