Hey guys, i bought domain name with namecheap and used hostgator for hosting, after the WP quick install yesterday, i clicked to open admin (domain.com/wp-admin),but it says connection was reset! i keep trying after hours, and up till now there’s the same message. can anyone help please? its my first installation for a new blog so i’m thinking either there’s a time delay before that activates or it’s a technical problem, thanks.

Hey Clarion technologies, here’s the admin link(sent via email by quick install) that keeps sending the connection was reset message. http://www.francetrotting.com/wp-admin. my site is http://www.francetrotting.com, just got it registered and went on to install WP version 4.5, then i couldnt progress because of this issue.Thank you so much for your help.
by the way it’s a first time install, not a re-install issue, meaning the blog has not yet been up.

    Hi,

    Your link

    http://www.francetrotting.com/

I think you will have to check your DNS settings as it is still showing the NameCheap page from where you have purchased the domain.

If it still does not work then please contact your hosting provider.

    Thanks
