 * Hello,
    We are trying to remove an admin and grant admin access to another user
   without access to the Admin account. Our admin user is no longer with the company
   and we don’t have access to his passwords and would like to create new users 
   and grant our new employee admin rights.
 * Any help would be appreciated.
