 * As soon as I activate the plugin I can’t access my widgets on the admin screen.
I can’t even get the screen options to open.

 * Sounds like you have a JavaScript conflict with something else on your site.
I’d recommend deactivating all of your plugins and changing your theme to Twenty
Fourteen temporarily to track down what’s causing the conflict.

 * I’ve been working on it over night & I think the conflict is in the theme options.
I forgot to mention I’m using the Moviescope theme. I’m going to see if I can
   find the conflict.

 * Any thoughts on why deactivating or deleting your plugin doesn’t fix the issue
but changing themes does. Can you think of anything that would be changed even
   after the plugin is removed?

 * The problem is in the theme, not the plugin.

 * I definitely agree. I’ve narrowed it down even more. It is in the Sense CMS options
   panel.
