Sorry to read you’re having trouble with that. Those email normally come through pretty much straight away. I can think of a few things that could be causing this. Would you be able to check them?
- Did you spell the new admin email address correctly?
- Are you receiving other emails normally on your email account?
Also (3), we can check if your site is sending out emails correctly. I’ve filled in the contact form that pops up when you click the blue contact button at the bottom tight of your homepage. Does that come through to you?
If you would be able to answer these questions that would be a good first step to troubleshoot this issue.

I have the same situation on my site http://www.cyberlifetutors.com/ . I can send and receive email at the both the current admin email account and the desired new admin email account. Addresses are spelled correctly.
Any others suggestions? Thanks.
