 * It is only shown when the user is blocked, and is hidden by display:none.
    On
   display:block. It is shown, but notes do not save to the database. Is it possible
   to change this behavior?

 * The only purpose of the note is to hold optional info about why the user is blocked.
   That’s why the note is hidden when the user is not blocked.
