 * i accidentally deadmined myself through wordpress, and I’m trying to figure out
   how to re-admin myself through PHPMyAdmin. I’ve looked here and a few other places
   but I cant find a solution that works. Any thoughts?

 * Specifically, I used a 3rd party plugin (InvisionBridge) to set wordpress permissions
   based on the usergroup of my website. I then set all of the groups on my site
   to “Author” level permissions.
 * Support for the plugin has been discontinued.
 * So now I’m going through the usermeta and users tables trying to restore things
   through SQL. I don’t have any point of comparison for values for the wp_capabilities
   field. I’m also unsure whether the wp_metaboxorder_dashboard table will refresh
   itself if deleted.
