# admin.php executes install.php does not.

 * I have suse 10.0 linux with MySQL running and I just got PHP running with Apache2.
   As you can see the admin.php script executes and tells me run install and provides
   a link.
 * When I excecute the link the php script appears not to run, and the browser asks
   what to do with the file.
 * How can I debug the install.php script to find where the error is occuring? Or
   can you point me in the right direction?

 * There is something wrong with the statement above: wp-admin/admin.php does NOT
   run in a browser by itself…
 * If you are installing it, then you should run properly wp-admin/install.php

 * I know that, I’m just pointing out that php is running and that the admin.php
   script is working properly.
 * The issue is that the install.php script does not execute for some reason. I’m
   just trying to find out what’s wrong so I can get WordPress installed.
 * file permissions are set properly.. I see nothing wrong.
